KookMoonShop is only shipping to the U.S. as of right now!

All orders are automatically shipped out with USPS Ground Advantage which has a processing time of 2-5 business days. If you wish to upgrade to priority shipping, it is available at checkout!

Customers are responsible for making sure that the name and shipping address provided on your order is correct. KookMoonShop is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses along with any missing or stolen packages. In the case a package is returned due to issues with the address, customers will be responsible to pay for shipping again.

Shipping Methods Offered:

• USPS Ground Advantage: standard shipping with tracking; delivery time is usually 2-5 business days
• USPS Priority Mail: upgraded rushed shipping with tracking; delivery time is usually 1-3 business days

Processing Times:

All products are made-to-order and are handmade therefore processing times may take up to 1-3 days. 

All T-shirts are made-to-order and materials are not on-hand therefore processing times is 7-10 days.
